Workshop Refund Policies
HALF payment is required to hold your spot.
FULL payment or BALANCE is required by 3 WEEKS prior to the first day of the workshop.
THE FINAL DAY TO CANCEL WITH A REFUND (minus a $50 processing and re-marketing fee for each day of class) is on or before 3 WEEKS prior to the first day of workshop. You may reschedule to another date with openings if it is prior to 3 weeks before the class date.
IF YOU CANCEL LESS THAN 3 WEEKS before the first day of the workshop, NO REFUND can be given on your payment - however you may gift your entire amount to a friend (let me know who will be taking the class in your place) or you may donate the amount to a scholarship recipient (see below). You may reschedule if there are openings, but if you reschedule within 3 weeks before class start date, then there will be a $50 processing fee.
If the minimum enrollment of 3 is not met (rarely happens) and the artist needs to cancel, you will be notified 2 weeks prior to class; you may apply your full fees to a future class, or receive a full refund of class fees paid. In the rare situation that a class is cancelled by the artist, you may apply your full fees to a future class, or receive a full refund of class fees paid.
Any costs incurred by the student such as airfare and lodging will not be replaced if the student or the artist cancels. If you are booking a plane ticket, please feel free to contact me to find out if the class minimum has been met. Also check with the artist if you have a cancellation date of lodging and want to know if minimum enrollment has been met.
Upon submitting payment, you hold Victoria Foster Harrison of Curly Girl Art Studios free from any liability in the event of loss or accidental injury or death, illness or health condition, flight or lodging cancellations, war and natural disasters. Victoria Foster Harrison of Curly Girl Art Studios is not responsible for any illness, new or pre-existing, or damage sustained while participating in her workshops or classes.
